The set of 108 movements, associated exercises and training methods are especially designed for improving health in the holistic sense.
The Taoist Tai Chi Society internal art of taijiquan continues to grow in popularity as the medical community recognises its many health-improving qualities. Benefits can include improved circulation, balance and posture, increased strength and flexibility and reduced stress.
