Braughing Parish CouncilThis section of the website is for Braughing Parish Council -one of the main sponsors of this website.
Braughing Parish Council consists of seven councillors supported by a Parish Clerk. There are 10 parish council meetings held each year. These take place on the second Thursday of the month, except August and December, during which the council do not meet. The May meeting is the Annual General Meeting when elections may be held.  The meetings are held in the Old Boy's School in Braughing and commence at 8pm. Councillors are available for parishioners to talk to from 7.30pm prior to the meetings.  There is also an Annual Parish Meeting held in the Church Hall on the first Thursday in April  when annual reports are presented.
