NEW OPENING TIMES
BRAUGHING YOUTH CLUB IS NOW OPEN EVERY SUNDAY FROM 6PM - 8PM!
If you are AGED 18 OR OVER, why not volunteer at Braughing Youth Club? We need a team of enthusiastic, responsible adults (male or female, young or not so young) to work with our young people on either a rotational or weekly basis, whichever is your preference.
We also need a committed Club Leader to co-ordinate our volunteers, delegate responsibilities and encourage and utilise each volunteer's particular skills.
We have pool tables, table tennis, traditional board games, bats, balls & things, a tuck shop, use of the hall and playing field. We also have an established Management Committee to support the leaders and deal with the dull stuff. For further information or to request an application form please contact: Alison Bennett 01920 823326 or email braughingyouthclub@hotmail.co.uk. *****************************

Club News 1 September 2005 Logo Competition We recently ran a competition for members to design our logo. Two entries were selected - a collaboration by Chloe Fox and Rebecca Stickland, and a design by Tom Lesurf. The final design incorporated both entries and was unveiled at the Wheelbarrow Race this year.
Wheelbarrow Race
The Youth Club organised and ran the tombola stall at the Wheelbarrow Race. We raised just over £200 for the club. We would not have been able to do this without the help we received from the people in our community and we would therefore like to thank the following: Braughing Playing Field Trust for the loan of tables and the tombola drum.Everyone who donated prizes. Everyone who helped to collect and stick tickets on the prizes. Everyone who bought tickets from our stall or simply handed over a cash donation to show their support.
