TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847

MALTING LANE AND VARIOUS STREETS, BRAUGHING

( PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2008

The East Hertfordshire District Council hereby gives notice that, in exercise of its powers under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, it has made an Order, the effect of which will be to close to vehicular traffic on 18 July 2008 from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm, Malting Lane between B1368 and Ford Street, Church End between Ford Street and Fleece Lane, Ford Street between Stortford Lane and The Street, The Street between Ford Street and Green Lane and from 6.00 pm to 12.00 am, The Street between Green Lane and Gravelly Lane, Fleece Lane between Church End and The Square, The Square between Fleece Lane and The Street.

Emergency access to residential properties in the roads referred to above will be maintained.
