Planning Applications

Braughing Parish Council is one of many consultees with whom East Herts District Council engage when considering a planning application, within the area of the Parish Council. It should be noted, however, that the final planning application decision is the sole responsibility of East Herts District Council, the planning authority.

Braughing Parish Council maintains a planning log for all planning applications within its area, together with any letters sent by the Parish Council to East Herts District Council, objecting to or supporting a planning application.

Braughing Parish Council would encourage all residents to view planning applications in the Parish Council area and where it is felt necessary, use the East Herts District Council Planning Application portal to register objection or support.
