Be A Part Of It

The Friends of St Mary's - FOSM - are a group of like-minded people who wish to become involved in the community and life of St Mary the Virgin, Braughing. The Friends provide a channel for individuals to show their support by joining in with activities to raise funds and with direct giving. In effect, FOSM is the fund-raising arm of the Trust.

Projects

Over the years The Friends have given the equivalent of £50,000 towards various projects to enhance and preserve the fabric of the Church. At the end of 2018, a kitchen and toilet facility was added - The Stanard Room - paid for by donations from the community and a substantial bequest from Dorothy Stanard.
